Our journey began decades ago when Rosemont Villa was founded as a family-run business.

Stephanie grew up within its walls, learning firsthand what it means to care deeply for others. She later became a registered nurse and cared for her own grandmother, experiences that deeply shaped our approach to caregiving.

Robert, an Air Force veteran, brings calm leadership and strong values rooted in service and integrity. He has personal experience with a loved one with dementia. Together, we’ve continued the tradition of high-quality, heartfelt care, especially for those living with memory challenges.

We believe small is special. Our intimate setting means every resident is known by name, cared for like family, and given individualized attention. Families often tell us they’re amazed by the warmth of our staff and the peace of mind they feel knowing their loved one is truly seen and supported.
